The space The property has a cosy living room with a TV and deep seated comfy chairs. There is a multifuel stove and two book cases full of an assortment of books for all ages. The Kitchen/ Diner is a larger room with a central dining table for 6 people. There is a large induction hob stove range for all your cooking needs along with a microwave, toaster, kettle, tea, coffee and sugar. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you might need along with a little hamper. We do ask guests on the preference of milk they may like in the fridge upon arrival to have a nice brew after a long journey. Adjacent to the Kitchen diner is the utility where there is a sink, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble drier. Under the sink and the pull out drawer has all the cleaning equipment you need. Upstairs in the master bedroom are glorious views of the fells and open countryside. There is a king size bed with ample wardrobe storage, chest of drawers and a vanity desk. The second bedroom overlooks more fields and on occasion the odd cow may be there looking back. There is a double bed and a single bed as bunk beds. Perfect for families. There is also a wardrobe and a chest of drawers with spare pillows if needed. The bathroom has Jack and Jill sinks with a large mirror and under sink storage, a bath and a stand in shower. There are spare toilet rolls and personal care products. Towels and hand wash are included. The large indian stone paved back yard has a seating area and table located where most sun tends to be. Its a peaceful quiet location with much rural wildlife at your fingertips. Guest access The key lock is located on the right-hand side of the front door. You will receive the access code the day before your arrival. Important: Please return the key to the key lock upon departure and roll the dials for safe keeping. Security: A Ring doorbell camera is installed at the front door for your security. Other things to note Well behaved furry friends are welcome.
