Other things to note Parking Options: - This property does not come with any parking space, and free street parking is time restricted. - Depending on day and time you want to park, it may be hard to find a parking spot close to the property with all the things happening in the area, eg local markets and local sporting events etc. - Free parking on the street near the property is restricted to 1-2hrs from 8am- 2am as stated on signs depending where you park. - Guests can park for longer in non operational bus lanes during certain hours of different days. Check signs. - Further away (4min drive / 30min walk) Centennial Park offers more free parking. Waverley and Randwick Councils provide free, on-street parking around the perimeter of Queens Park. Please refer to their on-street signage. - Wilsons Entertainment Quarter Car Parking, or the parking station at The Gordon Car Park at 2 Newcombe St might be an option if you want to park for longer in secure parking. - Renting an available private space off a Paddington resident during your stay via a parking app could be another option. Sofa Bed Setup: - We leave the sofa bed in the living room for guests to set up as required, with all necessary linens are conveniently located in the storage cupboard upstairs near the main bedroom. Bathroom: - Please also note that the bathroom is generally small in these terrace homes, however it has been fitted with all the amenities needed for your stay. Mobility: - Please be aware like many early terrace homes built during this era, access to the bedrooms on the second level is via a narrow staircase. For those with mobility issues this could present an issue. - I would not recommend this property to people with young children, or people with mobility issues given there are stairs between floors, a step as you enter the property, and more stairs to access the back courtyard. Stairs to back courtyard can become slippery when wet.
