The Space: Bedrooms: 4 bedrooms, including a stunning master suite with: • Vineyard and water views from the bed • A study, ideal for working or journaling • Walk-in robe and plush wool carpet • Moody en-suite bathroom with brass fittings and a double rain shower. Across the four bedrooms, there are two king-sized bed, one double and one bunk bed - enough to sleep 8 comfortably. All beds have ultra comfortable Koala mattresses and quality bed linen. Family Bathroom: A spacious family bathroom with a rainfall shower and a freestanding bath positioned in front of a picture window overlooking the Tamar River. Both bathrooms include underfloor heating and heating bulbs for added comfort in the chillier months. We are not overlooked from any angle so make the most of the views. - There is ducted heating and cooling throughout the house. - There is underfloor heating and heat lamps in all bathrooms. - There is a a four-sided wood burner in the main kitchen/living/dining room and an electric fireplace in the second living room. - Well behaved pets are welcome but not allowed in the furniture.
