The space Living spaces: Small bright living room is equipped with an ideal armchair to have a small coffee with a view of the river. Large living room in the basement with a comfortable sofa, a flat-screen TV and a pellet fireplace, creating a warm atmosphere for your evenings The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking delicious meals. Less than a 5-minute drive away, downtown Weedon offers a grocery store, pharmacy, cheese factory, gas stations and restaurants.​ Outdoor enthusiasts will appreciate the proximity of Mont-Ham Regional Park for hiking, Lake Louise for swimming and fishing, as well as nearby mountain biking and snowmobiling trails.​ Other things to note RULES: - NO smoking inside the chalet: cigarette, cigar, electronic cigarette, vaping, cannabis or any other drugs. An additional charge of $600 will be applied to the tenant's fee if cigarette or cannabis or other drugs smell inside. - PROHIBITED from producing or allowing noise that may disturb the peace of a neighbor or the neighborhood. At all times, the occupants of a serviced apartment must cease any outdoor activity that can generate noise from 11pm until 8am the next morning. - Pets (1) are allowed (fee $100) under CERTAIN CONDITIONS FORBIDDEN to install tents, trailers, tent and other recreational vehicles on the grounds - PROHIBITED for the rental respondent or for any occupant to use fireworks, at any time. - NO lighting a fire on the ground. An external location is provided for this purpose. The fire must be completely extinguished if left unattended (departure, night, etc.).
