The space Living spaces: Small bright living room is equipped with an ideal armchair to have a small coffee with a view of the river. Large living room in the basement with a comfortable sofa, a flat-screen TV and a pellet fireplace, creating a warm atmosphere for your evenings The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking delicious meals. Less than a 5-minute drive away, downtown Weedon offers a grocery store, pharmacy, cheese factory, gas stations and restaurants.​ Outdoor enthusiasts will appreciate the proximity of Mont-Ham Regional Park for hiking, Lake Louise for swimming and fishing, as well as nearby mountain biking and snowmobiling trails.​ Other things to note REGULATIONS: - NO smoking inside the chalet: cigarette, cigar, e-cigarette, vapes, cannabis or any other drugs. An additional charge of $600 will be applied to the tenant's fee if there is a smell of cigarettes or cannabis or other drugs inside. - PROHIBITED to produce or allow to be produced noise likely to disturb the peace of a neighbor or the neighborhood. At all times, occupants of a tourist residence must cease all outdoor activities that may generate noise from 11:00 p.m. until 8:00 a.m. the next morning. - Pets are allowed (fee $100) under CERTAIN CONDITIONS PROHIBITED to install tents, trailers, tent-trailers and other recreational vehicles on the grounds - PROHIBITED for the rental sponsor or any occupant to use fireworks, at any time. - PROHIBITED to light a fire on the grounds. An external location is provided for this purpose. The fire must be completely extinguished if left unattended (departure, night, etc.). You must check the SOPFEU website to confirm whether fires with a spark arrestor are allowed or prohibited during your stay. ****Security cameras are installed outside and point to the entrance and parking lot.
