39:an Airbnb Entire villa on Ven (9 beds)

The price of the accommodation is based on 5 guests but there is space for 9 (we have 9 beds). Guests 6-9 pay a small fee. 39:an Airbnb is a great opportunity to rent an entire villa located just 'up the hill' from Bäckviken where the boat docks. The house is very charming with a lush garden. Kitchen and living room downstairs. 3 rooms upstairs. 1 toilet with shower. 1 small toilet. Laundry facilities in the basement. There is something for EVERYONE! You should feel warmly welcome. ❤️ The space 3 rooms upstairs. Room 1 - 3 beds. Room 2 - 2 beds. Room 3 - 4 beds, two of which are a bunk bed. The basic offer is for 5 people, but you can buy 4 extra places. Thus, there are 9 beds. Bed linen is provided. Toilet with shower upstairs. There is a small threshold to the toilet that can be a bit tricky if you have a walker. You simply have to help each other. From the garden to the first floor, there is a sit-lift. From the first floor to the second floor there is another sit-lift. The house is not wheelchair accessible. However, a walker can work just fine with a little help from someone else in the company. Lounge/living room with TV and reading corner. Bengt's porch offers a wonderful opportunity to sit and just enjoy. Maybe with something good in the glass? 🥃 Guest access You will have the entire villa to yourselves when you rent the 39th Airbnb. Anyone who also mows the lawn and waters the flowers in the garden will be extra loved by us. 🤣 Other things to note The house is located just 'up the hill', just past the bike rental on Ven. The hill can be a bit steep if you have luggage but with a little cheering from the company it will surely be solved. The ad states that the property is located directly on the water, which it is not, but we have not yet figured out how to remove this information from the ad. So it's a few hundred meters to/from Bäckvikens beach. 39:an Airbnb is a unique place to stay with the basic idea that EVERYONE should be welcome. 💫 Poor eyesight? There are glasses and magnifying glasses to borrow if you want to read. 💫 Reading? There are books if you want to read. 💫 Children's books? Of course there are. 💫 Can I bake? Yeah, you, I don't know! 🤣 But there are all the possibilities in the world to bake at 39. You are welcome to invite people! 💫 Are there bed linens? Yes, of course. Put the used ones in the laundry in the closet under the stairs. 💫 Are towels available? Yes, of course. But you'll have to take it as it is. 💫 Do I have to clean the house? Yes, I'd love you to. If not, you have booked the house with cleaning. So you can decide if you want to clean/buy the cleaning. 💫 Coffee maker/toaster/kitchen utensils? Everything is available! 💫 Microwave? Oh yes! 💫Can I have a children's party in the house? Yes, there are great garlands, balloons, everything you need to have a party. There's even a fishing rod for such a fishing pond. However, there is no drapery yet. 💫 Yoga? There are 2 mats. 💫 NPF? There are lots of custom aids. Fidget spinners etc. 💫 Can our dog come with us? Yes, it certainly can! There have always been dogs in this house and it would have been an honor if a dog had come with you. Or a cat? A bird? Turtle? Of course, we want you to document and post on @39anairbnb (In***gram). 💫 Bicycles can be rented conveniently about 100 meters from the house. 💫 Parking is available at the rear of the bike rental or across from the bike rental.
