Comfortable reading chair, small table with chair and features large picture window overlooking courtyard. Strong Wifi for those traveling for work. Please note there is only 1 bed. Guest access There is a shared courtyard garden with table and chairs for enjoying nature. Other things to note We are in a prime location with Beachwood Village just steps away...including Beachwood Market which has a deli, butcher and wine shop. The Beachwood Cafe is a wonderful restaurant and the center of the Village and has amazing coffee and breakfast. Head down to Franklin Villa Very convenient walkable location close to Beachwood Village. We are close to Hollywood and all LA has to offer is a short Uber/Lyft ride away. Strong wifi. We just installed a new compact washer and dryer in the unit. There is also laundry concierge services from Life Without Laundry. They are a fluff and fold service with door to door pick up and delivery. Our clients love it! First order is on us :)
