The home is situated on a shared 5-acre property with one other residence, but each home is thoughtfully positioned to ensure privacy. Please be mindful not to enter the neighboring home's yard or outdoor areas, as those spaces are reserved for the guests or residents of that house. Other things to note ★ SECURITY CAMERAS ★ We have 24/7 video/audio security cameras on the exterior of property. There is a camera located on the north exterior of the home covering the driveway/parking area. There are NO cameras inside the house! ★ POTENTIAL FOR NOISE ★ Our vacation rental is located in close proximity to a military base in 29 Palms. As a result, there may be occasional noise from military exercises or aircraft flying overhead. We apologize in advance for any inconvenience this may cause, but please be aware that this is beyond our control.
