The space Green Street Oasis is designed to feel comfortable and welcoming from the moment you arrive. The main level features a cozy living room for relaxing, a dining area for meals or games, and a fully equipped kitchen with everything needed for preparing meals during your stay. Upstairs you’ll find two comfortable queen bedrooms and a full bathroom. The layout works well for couples, small families, or friends traveling together. Outside, the property truly shines with its peaceful backyard setting. Guests can enjoy the deck overlooking the pond, cook outdoors using the pizza oven or grill, relax by the fire pit, or unwind in the swim spa. Whether you’re here to sight see, visit family, or simply relax, Green Street Oasis offers a welcoming space to unwind and recharge. Important Booking Information: After booking, guests will receive a link to sign our rental agreement and authorize a security deposit. This is standard for all stays. Other things to note Green Street Oasis offers a comfortable home environment combined with unique outdoor amenities rarely found in downtown Westminster. The property features water purification and water softening systems for improved drinking and shower water. The kitchen includes an espresso machine along with standard appliances and cooking essentials. The backyard includes a chemical-free swim spa, outdoor pizza oven, gas grills, fire pit, and pond views that create a relaxing atmosphere for guests. The swim spa needs 24 hour in advance to heat up. There will be a 1 time $50 fee + 24-hr notice). Bedrooms and bath are upstairs. One parking space is provided in the rear alley; street parking is available. Exterior cameras monitor front, back, and porch (video only, no sound; not facing spa or inside).
