A $1,000 fee will be charged if evidence is found, and an ozone treatment will be required to remove odors. 4️⃣ Undisclosed Guests – Additional guests not listed on the reservation will incur a $50 per person per night fee. 5️⃣ Tampering with Security Devices – Do not disable or obstruct outdoor cameras, smoke detectors, carbon monoxide detectors, or noise monitors. Violations will result in a $1,000 penalty and possible removal from the property without a refund. 6️⃣ Early Check-In / Late Check-Out – Must be pre-approved. A $50 per hour fee applies if authorized. Keep the temperature at 98°F (max safe temp: 104°F) Liability Waiver: By using the hot tub, you acknowledge and accept all risks and release the owner and host from any liability.
