The space As you enter the front door, you will be greeted with a massive open space with a convertible pool to dining table with seating for 6 plus 4 bar stools downstairs, a bedroom with en suite bathroom, vaulted living room space with a built in electric fire place, accompanied by a chefs kitchen with gas range, coffee machine, 85' TV and don't forget about view of the yard with the standard swimming pool. You'll also find a fully stocked kitchen with all the cookware to create your next masterpiece, we even have cutlery for your kiddos! Located on the first floor are the lounge area with the pool table, a room en-suite with a 65 inch tv, A guest toilet, the backyard housing the pool and lounge area as well As you ascend the second floor you'll have your pick of three areas. First, the den, which houses a workspace and 2 sofas/ couches, and smart TV, this den leads up to the balcony with the beautiful view of Downtown Dallas. Second, the stunning master bedroom fitted with hotel quality linens, curated art and design throughout, including the 65 inch Frame TV,. There also the en-suite bathroom, fitted with a rain shower head, towel heater, stand alone tub, walk in closet, and robes. Third and fourth, 2 guest bedrooms with many of the same features as the master and a bathroom, one of the rooms have 2 full beds that can be linked into a massive bed as well as the other room with a queen bed, all rooms . You'll also find a dedicated workspace for your WFH needs! Then there's the backyard!
