Also located on the main floor is the study with desk and desk chair, plus a comfortable twin size day bed to sleep one person, with room to add airbeds. The Mansion has both a large Chef's Kitchen and a large Butler's Pantry with extensive counter and cabinet space, and an additional sink. ★ Security cameras★ For safety purposes we have exterior-only cameras installed at property access points that will be recording video and audio 24/7 for security purposes. There are no cameras in any inside spaces nor outside private patio spaces as we respect the privacy of our Guests. THINGS TO KNOW: * pool is not heated; * hot tub available up to 5 hours per day between 7:00am and 10:00pm at no extra charge but must be scheduled at least 30 minutes in advance with Host for heating (no Guest access to equipment or settings); * full disclosure policy on the total number of people to be on the property (people staying plus visitors) - contact Host with full details for approval of gathering plans (extra charges may apply); * OUTSIDE RESTRICTIONS - NO LOUD SOCIALIZING AND NO MUSIC AFTER 10:00PM NIGHTLY (strict city/community noise ordinance compliance required of all Guests).. •Smoking: No smoking anywhere inside. ($1,000 fine for violations) Smoking is permitted outdoors, as long as Guest ensures all butts are properly extinguished and discarded in the outside trash receptacles, and not discarded on the patio or lawn areas.
