Bedrooms and Bathrooms Two bedrooms are located on the ground floor with direct garden access, including one that can be arranged with twin beds. Two bedrooms are on the first floor, one of which is connected to a children’s room equipped with a raised bed, a travel crib, a changing table, and a desk. Each bedroom has its own bathroom, quality linens, and storage space. Outdoor Area 1,400m² garden with a heated pool (10x5m), sun loungers, a shaded dining area, and two outdoor lounges. The perfect space to relax or enjoy a shared meal. Services and Options Included: daily housekeeping, concierge service, linens, garden and pool maintenance. Pricing Policy The base rate includes exclusive use of the villa with 4 bedrooms (up to 8 guests). The children’s bedroom is available as an add-on: • 1 child aged 0–3 years in a travel crib: €10/night • 1 child aged 3–10 years in the raised bed: €25/night The villa is always rented exclusively. Breakfast is available on request for 5€/person. Please order it the day before for the next morning. A €500 cash security deposit will be requested upon arrival and returned at check-out after inspection of the villa. Location Located in the Atlas Nakhil 1 residence, 15 minutes from the Medina and 20 minutes from the airport. Close to top restaurants, spas, and cultural landmarks. Guest access Guests will have full access to the entire villa as well as the outdoor areas, including the landscaped garden and private swimming pool (heated upon request), which are reserved exclusively for their use. The entrance is independent and accessed via a secure gate. Check-in is done in person with key handover by our on-site manager. Parking is available directly in front of the villa (free and easy street parking). Please note that the cellar, the outbuilding located behind the house, and the garage are not accessible to guests. Other things to note HOUSE RULES Welcome to our Villa. To ensure a pleasant, comfortable, and peaceful stay for all our guests, please respect the following rules: 1 – Housekeeper The presence of the housekeeper is mandatory every day. 2 – Cleanliness We kindly ask you to keep the rooms and common areas clean. Bins are available for proper disposal of waste. 3 – Breakfast Breakfast is served between 8:00 AM and 11:00 AM. Please respect these hours for everyone’s comfort. The price is 5€/person. Please order it the day before for the next morning. 4 – Respect for Peace and Neighbors To maintain the calm of the property, please limit noise, especially in the evening. Discretion is essential for the comfort of all guests. 5 – Use of Facilities Please take good care of the equipment provided. Any damage may result in repair costs. 6 – Compliance with Local Laws In accordance with Moroccan law, Moroccan citizens are not permitted to stay at the villa with a partner without a marriage certificate. Any violation is subject to penalties under the Moroccan Penal Code. 7 – Pool Heating The pool can be heated upon request at least 48 hours in advance, for an additional fee. 8 – Concierge Service Our concierge service is available to assist you throughout your stay (reservations, recommendations, transfers, etc.).
