SPACE: Step into this charming 260 sq.ft retreat, thoughtfully designed to accommodate 2 guests in a plush Queen Bed. KITCHEN & DINING: Delight in culinary experiences in our well-equipped kitchen, featuring a microwave, fridge, stove, oven, and dishwasher—ensuring you have all the essentials for a delightful dining experience. PARKING: On-site outdoor parking is available for an additional fee, with over 300 spacious spots. The nightly rate is $45 per night. Parking is managed by a trusted third-party company to ensure convenience and peace of mind. Guest access Guests have access to the entire apartment unit. Other things to note To gain access to your accommodation, please ensure you submit a valid Photo ID and electronically sign a waiver on our check-in portal. Failure or refusal to complete these requirements will render reservations ineligible for refunds. EARLY CHECK-IN & LATE CHECK-OUT: We are usually unable to accommodate early check-in or late check-out needs. WHAT'S PROVIDED: Sheets & Towels (1 bath towel/washcloth per person), shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, toilet paper, hair dryer, drip coffee maker, toaster, pots, pans, dishes, utensils, mugs and glassware. WHAT TO BRING: Bath toiletries, laundry detergent, paper towel, trash bags, specialty kitchen items (ovenware, tinfoil, preservative film, crock pot, roasting pans, etc.), and additional towels if needed beyond what is provided. CHECK-IN: Your keyless entry codes will be activated at the scheduled check-in time of 4:00 PM. You can find your access codes and the full property address (including unit number) in the "Detailed Check-In Instructions" section of your Duve guest portal. HOUSEKEEPING: To ensure quality and transparency, our housekeeping team documents each turnover with time-stamped photos and videos. This helps us maintain high standards and prevent misuse of the system. If you notice any cleaning-related issues, please report them within 2 hours of check-in so we can address them promptly.
