The home has a quality sofa bed in the 140X190 living room. The sofa bed is equipped with a new, high-quality mattress (10 cm) to ensure you get a restful night’s sleep. THE COMFORT OF A SOFA BED CANNOT BE COMPARED TO THAT OF A STANDARD BED WITH A MUCH THICKER MATTRESS. THIS BED WILL NOT BE SUITABLE IF YOU ARE PARTICULARLY DEMANDING IN TERMS OF COMFORT OR IF YOU SUFFER FROM BACK PROBLEMS OR OTHER CONDITIONS. The bathroom is equipped with a walk-in shower, sink and towel dryer You'll have high-speed wifi as well as a smart TV with chromecast built into the bedroom area. This will allow you to log in to your YouTube , Netflix , video bonus…… on the TV quite easily. the accommodation is equipped with a kitchen with microwave , refrigerator , induction cooktop and dishwasher . Guests can take advantage of the dolce gusto machine and its teas , coffees and hot chocolate available in the accommodation. . Free street parking is available from 7pm to 9am. Paid parking is located 100m from the accommodation (covered parking of the cinema ) . You will find a convenience store ( DIAGONAL ) open 7/7 until 10pm Within a perimeter of 100m around the accommodation is a good number of restaurants with different flavors, from sushi to Indian to gourmet restaurants, Greeks or pizzeria , you have plenty of choice;) The accommodation is non-smoking but the inner courtyard is not😃. The procedure is indicated in your booking 24 hours before your arrival. You will have access to a detailed description with photos and codes. A first code will be given to you to access the residence (automated door), a second code will allow you to open the key box located on the door of the accommodation. - checkout is self-checkout: it is also a self-checkout exit. Follow the procedure that will be sent to you the day before departure and drop the key in the key box.
