The Space: Welcome to this luxury 130 m² 3-bedroom apartment on the 2nd floor of a building with an elevator, perfectly situated on Avenue de la Grande Armée in the heart of the 16th arrondissement. The apartment is professionally cleaned before every arrival so you can settle in straight away. Bedroom 1: 2 single beds, Bedroom 2: 1 double bed, Bedroom 3: 1 double bed. The flat has two bathrooms: an en-suite shower room, and a second bathroom with both a shower and a bathtub, plus a separate WC in the hallway. The living area is a great space to unwind, with a smart tv (flat screen) and dining table and chairs. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need: full fridge, oven, microwave, stove, dishwasher, Nespresso Classic coffee machine, and electric kettle and toaster. Damage deposit: A refundable damage deposit of €800 is required before arrival. It may be processed via a third-party payment provider such as Stripe, Swikly, or Flywire. The deposit is returned in full within 14 days of check-out following a standard inspection. Max guests: 6 people (including children and infants).
