With 1 double bed that can be separated into 2 single beds and a small second floor that includes a double bed, it also has a small kitchen with an incredible view of Santa Catarina and the balloons that are a recurring attraction in the city. The space Apartment with 2 single beds (can be a double bed), small second floor with double bed, kitchen (cook-top, refrigerator, sink, electric pan, kettle), Smart TV (Netflix), bathroom (with small clothesline), 2 windows with shutters (one opens), closet, dresser with 5 drawers, study/work table and small library and board games. Guest access JK is on the 12th floor of the building, on the penthouse. There are 2 elevators in the building. Shared entrance hall with owners, only the entrance hall is shared. We are located one block from the Mampituba River and the Pencil Bridge, close to the Dindin bus stop (tourist bus that takes you to Guarita beach). You can get here from Passo de Torres as well.
