Backyard fire pit with two seating areas and gorgeous lake views! High speed internet and laundry facilities The space Main cottage has 2 bedrooms and one bath with a large covered front porch, a rear wood deck and propane BBQ. The rear yard has an additional seating area as well as a firepit and beautiful view of the lake. Access to private dock with paddle boat, life vests are available as well. Dock has ladders for use when swimming in the lake. Fully revamped heating and AC system to maintain comfort all year long. Bunkie also has A/C. Sleeps 8 adults and 4 kids total including bunkhouse. Nearby beach with Pavilion and playground and additional boat docks. Short 10 min drive to Lake Joseph, 15 min drive to Rocky Crest golf club and 25 min to Seguin Valley Golf Club! Enjoy your stay!
