Other things to note Please note the property is located across the street from the lake so you will have to cross the street to get to the lake. The road is a 35mph road with minimal traffic but something to keep in mind! We do have a gate on the deck to ensure that little ones are not sneaking out however please be mindful of your kids! Please note that this is a lakefront listing & there are bugs that will come from the lake. We get the property sprayed frequently however it will never fully prevent the bugs.
