The semi-detached cottage is located (1 minute from the main road) in an oasis of peace and sun surrounded by greenery with an exciting view of the lake and the Swiss mountains on the other side. The fully glazed veranda allows you to enjoy the view in all weather conditions. Access to the lake is possible via a staircase that leads directly to the beach and the beach volleyball/bocce court and a BBQ area in a few minutes. The parking space in the back is super popular! The space The accommodation available is on the right side looking at the cottage, it is independent with a beautiful glass veranda that makes it habitable in all seasons. The living area with the double sofa bed and the kitchen are on the ground floor, the bathroom and the double bedroom on the upper floor. The kitchen has a dishwasher and is richly equipped and has an oven and dishwasher. There is an air conditioner in the living room and one in the master bedroom. WLAN, TV, and washing machine are not available. Guest access The garden around the cottage is a common area and a passage area for the adjacent cottage.
