Unique and monumental property near the Efteling. Wachtpost 22 is one of the last railway guard houses of the Langstraat railway line. This railway, also called the Half Solenine Line, had a route from Lage Zwaluwe to Den Bosch. Opened in 1886 and closed in the 70s. In 2025 we got the chance to add this unique property to our collection of CRASH'NSTAY and welcome you to this fantastic 10-person accommodation. The space This property can accommodate 10 people. So ideal for a stay with your friends or family. Combine your stay with a visit to De Efteling, a walk in De Loonse and Drunense Dunes, or a mountain bike tour with your whole group. The property is distributed on a ground floor, one floor and adjoining garden with terrace and optional private hot tub and has 2 bedrooms (1 upstairs and 1 downstairs), a bedstead, a spacious kitchen, living room with an authentic wood stove, arrival hall, two toilets (1 upstairs and 1 downstairs) and 1 room bathroom. And all this completely private. The upstairs bedroom features a queen bed of 160×200 and a 140×200 double bed. Furthermore, this bedroom has several built-in wardrobes. Downstairs, the sleeping hall has two double beds each 140×200. The spent has a bed size of 130×200 (suitable for one adult or two children - if you want to sleep here with two adults, that would definitely still be possible for a short stay). Both the bedroom upstairs and the sleeping room downstairs are equipped with blackout curtains. In the living room with tiled floor with underfloor heating, there is a lovely relaxed sofa and armchairs, wood stove, coffee table and television with Chromecast. Tinello's kitchen has a luxurious corner kitchen with built-in appliances including dishwasher, large stove with 8 gas burners, several oven, cooling tower and freezer from SMEG. There is a coffee maker, kettle and hot air fryer (air fryer). In short: do you have a passion for cooking? You can enjoy yourself here. The kitchen is further furnished with a round table where you can eat together or cozy dinner. Partly because of this, it also makes the accommodation suitable for workcations. The accommodation has a spacious bathroom on the 1st floor with a walk-in shower and sink. Furthermore, it has 2 separate toilets, one upstairs and one downstairs and the entire accommodation has underfloor heating. The green garden has a place with table and chairs at the sleeping area that offers space for 10 people to sit here. Sun's out? There is automatic blinds available. The property is detached, parking is free on the street. Your stay at CRASH'NSTAY includes WiFi, kitchen linen, soap, shampoo, coffee / tea and cooking facilities, including salt and pepper. Our breakfast consists of pure local products and will be delivered to the accommodation at your desired time. No hassle with a shared breakfast area and much too full tables. Not too much, not too little. Just good, fresh and healthy. You can book breakfast afterwards the reservation was made via a link you will receive in the confirmation. You always have to pay tourist tax and is therefore always kept from this. Change requests for fewer guests and/or fewer overnight stays can be approved until 30 days before check-in.
