James Creek Boat Launch Aitch Boat Launch Rails to Trails Near Raystown Lake, Pennsylvania, there are two prominent rails-to-trails options: The Lower Trail and the H&BT Rail Trail. The Lower Trail is a 17-mile, mostly flat, gravel path along the Frankstown Branch of the Juniata River, suitable for various activities like biking, hiking, and fishing.
