The place is perfect if you don't want to choose between a quiet location, beach vacation and city trip. You can reach Granada in 30 minutes and the coast in 25 minutes by car, while in Restabal you can experience the serenity of real Spain. Within walking distance you can reach the reservoir, various restaurants, the supermarket & a pharmacy. The space Beautiful complete house in Spanish-Moroccan style for rent: Rent an entire, newly renovated house and use it individually according to your needs. The property offers various possibilities and consists of three floors, each of which covers 30 square meters. The bottom floor consists of a small entrance area, a bedroom and directly adjoining bathroom. On the middle floor there is another bedroom, with adjoining bathroom and balcony. The authentic Moroccan sitting bath is an absolute highlight. All bedrooms are equipped with comfortable double beds where you can comfortably stay for two nights. In the third level there is a salon with open kitchen, a dining table and seating, a sitting area with sofa bed, a French balcony and a fireplace that you can use for heating. Feel free to use the kitchen equipped with a gas stove if you want to spend a cozy evening without leaving the house. With a glass of wine, you can end the evening on the seating area, which is located on the demarcated plaza in front of the house. Guest access Use the whole house and the outside space individually according to your needs. The property is located in a small idyllic alley, but it is very narrow and difficult to drive in. If you arrive by car, we recommend parking on the small plaza, which is about 20 meters away from the house. We will be happy to send you the corresponding location with photos of where you can park.
