Cozy house remodeled by the famous Colombian sculptor, master Edgar Negret. Located between the Dulce River and the San Bernardo stream, you can relax with the sound of water. An oasis of peace, ideal to get away from the hustle and bustle of the city, rest with family or in the company of good friends and disconnect from everything. Perfect place to enjoy birdwatching, the native forest, ecological walks and the tranquility of walking in a rural environment. The space There is a large social area with different spaces to rest, read and relax: either in the living room, sitting on a comfortable sofa enjoying nature; lying in one of the hammocks inside the house or on the covered terrace; working in a cozy studio; chatting while cooking in a spacious dining room integrated into the kitchen; or reading on the terrace with a beautiful view of the mountain range. The house has four bedrooms, one of which has a separate entrance. There are three bathrooms with toilet and sink and two showers with hot water in separate spaces. The design of the master Negret is unconventional and includes a shower inside the house, located in the area where the separate room is, with access through the other rooms or through the separate entrance; and another shower literally outdoors. The second room called the children's room does not have direct access to a bathroom. Cristianía is a place that invites everyone who wants to visit it to rest: families, groups of friends, single people, where they can find peace and tranquility next to nature. It is also ideal for those who want to travel without having to do domestic work, since we have Nubia, a wonderful woman who will always be close without interfering and attending to any concerns. Guest access The whole house is available to guests. They are invited to explore the estate and enjoy the house, as if it were their own. And of course to enjoy the life of the village and the tranquility of the native forest. Other things to note The property is located 1500 meters above sea level. It has a pleasant temperate climate: the average temperature is 22 degrees Celsius, ranging from 17 degrees at night and up to 27 during the day. The house has three different levels, so you will always have to go up or down a maximum of three steps to move between the different spaces of the house.
