Guest access Guests will arrive at Skyline 18. The guest will have the complete and private access of the apartment. The apartment will not be shared with anyone. Where your host will share the self checkin details of the specific apartment at 2pm checkin time and guide you through the check-in process. All Guest Id's need to be shared before 11am on the date of checkin with the Host, along with the security deposit receipt. Other things to note Before you embark on this urban escape, Here are some exclusive details to enhance your stay. The hot water is readily available and the air conditioning ensures a comfortable ambiance. Skyline retreat has meticulously covered every detail for a stay the transcends luxury. Some Additional Information: -Swimming pool is included in your stay, guests are not required to pay extra, In case you are not able to use the swimming pool for any reason, the host cannot be held responsible for this, also any type of compensation will not be applicable on this. Wearing swimming costume & swim cap is mandatory for all swimmers. - Quite Hours: Respect quite hours in shared areas like hallways and lobbies as this unit is in a Residential society. -No Loud Music Parties as its a Residential society. - No Eating/ Drinking on beds: Keep the mattress clean and avoid stains. -Smoking: Only smoke on the balcony,not inside the apartment. -Appliance Use: Turn off all appliances when not in use or leaving. -Furniture: Don't move or modify furniture without permission. -Trash: Dispose of trash properly and avoid leaving food waste. -Windows/Doors: Close and lock windows/doors when leaving. -Security Deposit: INR 2000 Interest free refundable deposit submitted by Guest before 11am on the date of check-in and will be refunded back at 5pm on the date of checkout. -Damage: Pasting of tape on walls, and anything which could ruin walls, bedsheets,showpiece, Furniture or property will not be accepted and will be charged accordingly. -All Guest Id's need to be shared before 11am on the date of checkin with the Host.
