SHARED LAUNDRY ROOM: Downstairs there is a door that says Tenants Only. You are welcome to utilize the washer and dryer in this area. I have provided detergent in the area. PARKING: There is 1 parking space behind the building right by the entrance of the Airbnb. It says parking for apartment D. Also, there is overnight parking in-front of the building. Guest access You’ll have access to the entire apartment Other things to note 1) There is other apartments in this building so you may hear other units from time to time faintly 2) The stairs are short footed and steep but there is handrail available. You must climb stairs to get into the unit 3) There is free washer and dryer in the building. The door is just left of the main entrance door downstairs. Please excuse the appearance of the unfinished laundry area while we are making updates 4) There is free street parking in front of the building and 1 private parking spot behind the building available. 5) You can put the twin beds together or move them where ever you’d like, they are easily mobile, we just appreciate you Putting them back where they were before you check out , Thank you ! 6) The twin beds in one of the rooms are close together to fit all of them.
