There is plenty of room Living Room: Walk upstairs and enter seamlessly with the keypad on the door into a beautiful living room with stylish art, 3 comfy couches, a faux marble coffee table, a massive smart tv and beautiful lamps and timeless end tables. Fully Stocked Kitchen: The kitchen is stocked with everything you'll need to cook up a storm, just bring your own groceries! Enjoy our new appliances, quartz countertops and clean white cabinetry. Full Bathroom 1: This bathroom has a stand up shower with lavish looking tiling. We supply toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, bodywash, towels, a hair dryer, an iron and an ironing board. You can count on our hot water. Bedroom 1: Next to the kitchen and bathroom is the first bedroom which has 2 comfy singe beds, cool art, 2 end tables with lamps, fancy art, and a comfy chair perfect for getting comfy in. Bedroom 2: Through the living room you'll find the second bedroom, this one has 2 comfy moveable single beds, cool art and 2 lamps / end tables. There is a comfy chair and there is an emergency exit in this bedroom that goes into the stairwell. "The Loft" Bedroom 3: Upstairs past the kitchen you'll find 1 comfy single bed with an end table and lamp, then you'll pass by the second full bathroom and you'll find on the other end, 3 comfy single beds , 2 end tables and 2 lamps. "The Loft" Full Bathroom 2: Upstairs between bed areas you'll find a small bath tub/ shower. We supply toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, bodywash, towels, a hair dryer, an iron and an ironing board. Guest access You'll have access to apartment B Other things to note 1) The shower downstairs HOT and COLD are backwards. HOT is COLD and COLD is HOT 2)There are two levels of this apartment. One of the bedrooms and bathrooms are upstairs on the second level loft. 3) The beds can be moved around easily and if you'd like to move them thats okay, because the frames are collapsible and the mattresses are pretty light. We just appreciate you moving them back. 4) The laundry room is shared with the other tenants and can be found in the parking area around back of the house. There is a sign that says "Communal Laundry Room" 5) There is no parking on the road but there is plenty of parking in the driveway available behind the house. 6) The Stairwell is shared with other Tenants 7) One of the bedrooms has an exit to the stairwell. 8) There are other units in the building but they are quiet and keep to themselves. Please be respectful with your noise level because they are living right below you. Quiet Hours 10pm - 8am. Please be extra quiet when you’re in the stairwell
