The space Welcome to our cherished family home - a serene escape tucked into the heart of New Hampshire’s Lake Sunapee region. This isn't just a rental; it’s our personal residence, curated with love, mementos, and every modern comfort you could need. The Highlights: Amazing Views: Large windows offer unobstructed, gorgeous views of the water and surrounding forest. Lakefront Living: Walk down the driveway to the shore. We provide a canoe and life jackets for guest use. Ski & Golf Proximity: We are a hub for athletes - just 20 minutes away from Mount Sunapee for downhill skiing, and less than 10 mintues from the Eastman cross country skiing and golf course. Historic Sightseeing: Located within 20 miles of the Historic Packard Hill, Blow-Me-Down, and Cornish-Windsor Covered Bridges. Sleeping Arrangements (Sleeps 10): Primary Suite: King bed with private upstairs access and dedicated bathroom. Guest Room 1: Full bed with Twin trundle. The Bunk Room: One Full-over-Full bunk and one Twin-over-Twin bunk (the ultimate kid-zone!). Extra Space: Queen sleeper sofa in the living room for flexible setups. Guest Access Guests have full access to the entire home, including: The Garage: Features a complimentary Tesla Wall Connector (EV Charger). Outdoor Haven: A private firepit (marshmallow skewers included!), a propane grill, and a front deck overlooking the pond. Water Access: Shared pond access just a short stroll away. Other Things to Note Because this is our primary home, you’ll find it "extra" stocked. Forget your toothbrush? Check the laundry closet. Need a Nespresso pod or organic spices? The kitchen is yours. We keep our personal clothes in locked closets, but all dressers are cleared for your use. We ask that you treat our home and its sentimental mementos with the same care we do.
