The plot houses two independent homes, so the pool, garden and outdoor areas are shared between the two. The space Upon entering, you are greeted by an open space where the living room, dining room and kitchen are integrated, presided over by a spectacular floor-to-ceiling window with a sliding opening that connects directly to the pool. The single-story, modern-style home has 4 double bedrooms, 3 of them with sliding floor-to-ceiling windows that open with access to the pool. It also has 2 full bathrooms. The house is newly renovated and offers spaciousness, natural light and a total comfort experience. Guest access Guests have exclusive access to the whole dwelling. The outdoor areas — such as the pool, garden, terrace and sun loungers — are for shared use with another independent house located on the same plot. The parking lot is just inside on the right; each home has an assigned space. Casa Blanca guests have the space on the right to park their vehicle. Other things to note Parties, birthday celebrations or any type of event are strictly forbidden. Smoking is not allowed inside the home, mainly for safety reasons and to protect the health and well-being of all guests. We want everyone who stays to enjoy a safe, clean, and risk-free environment. The house is located in a family neighborhood, so we ask you to maintain respect and tranquility, avoiding excessive noise that may disturb the neighbors. The hours for using the pool and common areas are from 8:30 am to 10:00 pm. Rest and quiet hours are from 10:00 pm to 8:30 am, so please avoid any kind of noise during that period. It is not allowed to bring visitors without prior notice or to accommodate more people than indicated in the reservation. Failure to comply with this rule may result in immediate cancellation of the stay.
