Between town and countryside, our tiny house is located in the heart of the village, in a flowery undergrowth, near a stream and a waterfall overlooking the horses, and the village below. The tree-shaded terrace leads to a walking trail in the woods and a beautiful panorama of the Orne Valley. In the immediate vicinity of the green bike path, 10 minutes from Caen, 20 minutes from the beaches, 15 minutes from hikes in the Normandy Switzerland. Horses can be accommodated upon request. The space The living area consists of a living room with sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen and a dining table. The two mezzanines (access 1 staircase and 1 ladder) are equipped with a double bed and a futon for 1 person. The bathroom includes a shower and innovative eco-friendly toilet, and a mini washing machine. Sheets are provided and towels are available on request for an additional fee. The tiny house is entirely designed with eco-friendly materials, it is decorated and furnished with natural and organic, or recycled materials. Guest access Entry is through the owners' gate and garden. In case of wet weather, it is recommended to bring waterproof shoes/boots to access the tiny house.
