Private Lower Level Walkout

Welcome to our private walkout basement retreat in Westminster! We live upstairs, but you have your own entrance through the backyard. Pet and kid-friendly! It's conveniently located near Denver, Boulder and has easy access to open space, a playground, and a dog park. The space It is a three-bedroom, walkout basement with a large, fully-stocked kitchen, bathroom with a bathtub, cozy living area, and outdoor patio. Guest access The backyard and the trampoline are completely yours to use. Just remember that they're shared with our family who lives upstairs. So, you might see or hear our two friendly dogs sometimes. Other things to note Please refrain from parking in the driveway, but there is ample free street parking available. We leave a 1-night gap between bookings to clean and get the space ready for you. Check-in is always the day after the previous guest checks out, starting at 2:00 PM. Thanks for understanding!
