Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. Walkable to Wayne State University and top hospitals like Henry Ford and DMC, this thoughtful space offers ultimate convenience. Take advantage of the attached bar and restaurant (Common Pub), and visit the pool without ever leaving the building. An absolutely perfect spot to explore or work in Midtown - whatever your visit entails! The space Studio style apartment in the heart of Midtown! Please note this unit does not have a kitchen however we do have a small refrigerator, coffee station and hot water kettle set up along with a set of plates and glasses for guests to use! Guest access The outdoor pool it's generally Open June 1 through September 1st. Guests will have full access to the apartment and building. There is a lockbox set up with a key card for building & pool access. An electronic lock is set up for keyless entry to the unit. The laundry room is located on the 2nd floor just to the left of the elevators. The machines accept credit or coins. The pool table is located in the event space, please be aware that the restaurant occasionally rents the pool and/or event space for events so access is sometimes limited. Hours for the pool and the event space are daily generally from 8am to 8pm. Other things to note Parking details: The free parking on the premise are 3 off-street parking spaces for the building which can be used overnight right outside the front door. However, these are first come first served, so they may not always be available. There’s also paid street parking along cass or free parking along Ferry st (less than a block north). Paid street parking is free in Detroit from 10pm-7am. Wayne state structure 1 is a block away at the corner of Cass and Palmer. However, you need a permit to park here overnight. Pet-Friendly: Feel free to bring your furry friends as this unit is pet-friendly! We do charge a $25 pet fee and we kindly request that you make an effort to keep them off the furniture when possible. :)
