This property features 4 exterior security cameras. Camera 1 is above the front porch facing the entryway and driveway, camera 2 is on the back porch facing the back walkway and the pier gangway, camera 3 is at the kitchen entrance facing the walkway from the driveway, and camera 4 is on the balcony overlooking the balcony. The cameras are outward facing and do not look into any interior spaces. They record video and audio when motion is detected - Four-wheel drive or all-wheel drive is necessary in the winter months to access the property - The electric fireplaces are only available during the winter season - This 3-story home requires 5 steps to enter; the 1st floor includes a bedroom and full bathroom - The pier was replaced and upgraded in March 2026 to create an improved space for guests to enjoy. All the space is available to use and is ideal for fishing and swimming with a larger pier and night fishing lights. We will continue to provide an enhanced waterfront experience with a newer gazebo in the future.
