Plenty of parking for 2 vehicles at the top and 2 at the bottom comfortably - use your discretion / comfort level as to where you would like to park. *** NOTE: You do not need an AWD vehicle to rent our cabin. That said, the property is at the top of a mountain and is steep, including the driveway (thats how you get the long range mountain views!). You can easily park at the top of the driveway if you prefer but please understand that the drive up the mountain is paved but is steep as is the driveway. Other things to note The TVs are all Smart TVs. You can sign into any service you’d like, but there aren’t any services provided. All guests must be 25+ with the exception of children with their parents. There are outdoor Ring cameras in place to protect guests and the property. If you touch or tamper with the camera you will be asked to leave the property immediately. This is for your protection! It is exterior only and in plain sight - only covers the front door and the driveway. The property is surrounded by wildlife. You will likely see and hear critters. We hire pest professionals to minimize bugs and critters in the home, but again, you're in nature. Please let us know if you have any issues and we will make things right. Reminder of our CANCELLATION POLICY: We stick to our cancellation policy for every booking. Including for weather related or power outage issues. We recommend that you purchase travel insurance when booking. When you make a booking, it blocks our calendar off so we have a cancellation policy in place to ensure we can continue to operate the property profitably and provide a great experience for all guests. Requests to change your dates are treated the same as cancellations. If you ask us to cancel or change your dates, we will point you to this on our listing description as well as the multiple reminders to purchase travel insurance that we send prior to your stay. Guest access The entire house is yours! Other things to note Smoking of any kind (vaping, cigarettes, pot) is strictly forbidden ANYWHERE on the property. Inside/outside. Does not matter. Do not rent the cabin if you smoke. If you are caught smoking, you will be asked to leave immediately. NO EXCEPTIONS
