This condo is privately owned and located on the 5th floor of the Daytona Beach Resort and Conference Center. Spend your days vacationing at the resort while enjoying four pools, two hot tubs, a gym, a sauna, tiki bar and more. This property has a private balcony with a direct Ocean-front view! Please contact us for more information. Beach access is still available by walking around the building. Parking : Resort allows one car per condo. Parking pass is located inside the condo and must be returned to condo at end of stay. If you are traveling with more than one vehicle, there is a parking garage about a mile and a half South of the property.
