Just steps from the sugar-white sand and clear Gulf waters, this beachfront townhome offers the perfect balance of comfort, connection, and easygoing luxury. Whether you’re planning a family getaway or a romantic retreat, the setting invites you to slow down, settle in, and enjoy the rhythm of the coast. Wake to soft sunrises and end your evenings with glowing Gulf sunsets, all visible from the private deck, the primary balcony, the living room, or even from the comfort of the king bed. Inside, the home is thoughtfully designed with a warm, coastal style that feels both inviting and elevated. The three-level layout comfortably sleeps up to 6 guests with a king suite on the top floor, a queen guest bedroom, a bunk room for two, and a queen sleeper sofa in the living area. The primary suite features a private bath and balcony access, while the main living spaces are designed for gathering, relaxing, and enjoying time together. A fully equipped kitchen, dining space for shared meals, washer and dryer, and smart lock entry make your stay seamless from arrival to departure. For beach days, a canopy, four beach chairs, and beach towels are provided so you can step right into the sand without the extra planning. Up to two dogs are welcome, making it easy to bring your whole crew along. Guests also have access to the 300 Ocean Mile community, located on the East End near the entrance to St. George Island State Park. Two large community pools with sun decks, lounge chairs, and umbrellas, along with multiple boardwalks to the beach, create a true resort-style experience. The home is also close to local restaurants, shops, and the island’s bike path for easy exploring. Check-in begins at 4:00 PM and checkout is by 10:00 AM. This is a non-smoking property, and smoking is prohibited inside the home, on balconies, under the unit, and within 20 feet of the property. Parties are not allowed, and quiet hours are from 9:00 PM to 8:00 AM. The primary renter must be at least 25 years old, provide a matching government-issued ID, and sign the rental agreement within 72 hours of booking. A security deposit hold is required before arrival and is released 7 days after departure. PARKING: Parking is limited due to county regulations. One vehicle may be parked beneath the unit, or two small cars may park tandem. If needed, a second large vehicle may be parked on the main street right outside of the townhome compound (E Gulf beach Dr), though closer parking within the community may be available but cannot be guaranteed. Please note this is a 3-level townhouse (many stairs), and golf carts are not allowed on E Gulf Beach Drive. Exterior cameras are located at the front door and back sliding door. An alarm system is also in place and is active only between guest stays.
