THINGS TO NOTE: - The apartment is on the first and there is no elevator in the building - Cleanliness of the bed linens and towels is one of our top priorities. Any stain (makeup, nail polish, blood, etc.) has to be specially cleaned with extra care. In the worst case, if we are unable to remove those, they need to be thrown out and you might be charged for the cost of it. Please make sure to use them as your own.
