The condo offers direct access to Playa Marlin, one of the most beautiful beaches in Cancun, as well as three pools, jacuzzis, a tennis court, a snack bar inside the condo (service with additional cost), parking and 24-hour security, which will allow you to enjoy your stay with total peace of mind. The villa is delivered fully cleaned and prepared for your arrival, including sheets, bath and beach towels, as well as complimentary amenities for the start of your stay. Guest access Access to the villa is completely autonomous through a personalized code, which is provided before your arrival for greater comfort and privacy. The condo has a 24-hour security booth, so your access will be safe and controlled at all times. Guests have full access to the villa, as well as all common areas of the condominium, including pools, jacuzzis, rest areas, parking (one vehicle) and direct access to the beach. To facilitate your entry, the names of all guests will be requested in advance, as the condominium requires registration at the security booth. Access to the facilities is free during your stay. Due to condo policies, outside visitors are not allowed. Early check-in and late check-out may be available upon request and subject to availability. Other things to note The villa is located in a private condominium with 24-hour security, which provides a quiet and safe environment throughout your stay. It has air conditioning, Wi-Fi, Smart TV and parking for one vehicle. Laundry service is also available in the condo for an additional fee. Thanks to its excellent location, you will find a supermarket, pharmacy, convenience stores and restaurants within walking distance, making everything you may need during your stay easy.
