Newly renovated bathroom, full kitchen, Wi-Fi, private driveway, and spacious backyard. Owner-operated with care—not a corporate rental, just a comfortable, honest place to stay. The space Guest Bedroom: This spacious room has a Queen bed, a bedside lamp with a dimmer, and outlets conveniently located near the bed. You'll also find a comfy chair, a cordless iPhone/Apple Watch charger, and an iron and ironing board for your convenience. Blue Room: This is technically a bedroom (doors were removed before I arrived), but I use it for yoga, reading, etc. There is a chair that converts to a twin bed. If you don't need it for a bedroom, feel free to use the yoga mat or enjoy a book. You're welcome to enjoy the entire house, with one exception—my bedroom, which is the closed door at the end of the hall on the right. This home is only listed for rent when I am not there, so you'll have full run of the rest of the space to yourselves. Living Room: The cozy living room is perfect for relaxing and watching a movie. The Roku is set to guest mode so you can sign in with your own account, or stream music on the soundbar. Music Room: When I am home, I use this for practicing and teaching voice lessons. If you are a musician, feel free to use it. PLEASE respect the piano! Do not allow children (or adults) to bang on it. Kitchen and Dining: The very spacious kitchen is fully equipped for use. Pots and pans are stored in the drawer under the stove. Grind fresh coffee beans for a pot of coffee or a single serving. Bathroom: Newly renovated and sparkling clean, with plenty of toilet paper, towels, body wash, and shampoo on hand for your stay. Guest access My bedroom is the closed door on the right at the end of the hall. You are welcome to use all of the house EXCEPT for this room. The house is for rent when I am NOT there. Other things to note PLEASE READ: This house is not in perfect condition, and it is not a 5-star hotel. I'm working on improvements all the time. Everything is functional and clean, although some things are old and worn. UPDATE: Bathroom is newly renovated as of September 2025!
