"Casa Jungla" is an ecological home, an Amazonian estate surrounded by a primary forest overlooking Cerro Pan de Azúcar and other mountain ranges, located within the Siete Iglesias ecological reserve with a subtropical climate. We offer lodging for tourists who want to experience living a few days in the middle of nature, its climate, relax and listen to the jungle. It also offers lodging for mountaineers who want to enjoy the route to the summit of Cerro Pan de Azúcar. Welcome!! The space This place offers two rooms with a private bathroom and access to a warm and rustic kitchen. It has solar panels, internet access and other amenities to relax, do yoga, photography or teleworking. We offer a room with a full-size bed and a half, with a private bathroom. And another room with a double bed and a bunk bed, with a private bathroom. We don't have a refrigerator or a washing machine. RECOMMENDATIONS FOR TOURISTS: Bring: rubber boots, water poncho, suitable walking clothes, warm clothes, swimwear, cap, glasses, repellent, sunscreen, mountain gloves, water bottle, binoculars, waterproof sweater, camera, towels, personal soap, additional shoes, fruits, non-perishable food, your own food if you are going to use the kitchen that is included in the accommodation... and above all bring good vibes to enjoy. REGULATIONS: - Keep the kitchen clean, recycle organic and inorganic garbage. - Leave the room and kitchen free of garbage. - Camping spaces, free of garbage. - Respect the gardens and animals that are cared for by Casa Jungla. - Do not leave trash on the trails. - Do not throw plastic or organic waste on the floor of the house. - Charge your equipment such as cell phones, computers during the morning and hours of sunshine. - Turn off unnecessary lights and room lights after 9:00 P.M. - At night, disconnect computers, speakers, telephone and other electrical equipment. - Vacate the room by 12:00 noon. - The solar panel DOES NOT allow the use of blenders, coffee makers, toasters, washers, or refrigerators. Guest access The Casa Jungla property is located in the Chone sector, 15 minutes from the San Juan Bosco Canton. You can reach the house by a private path, moving with a 4x4 vehicle or walking for 40 minutes along a crossing full of exotic vegetation. (We also offer shuttle service to Casa Jungla).
