The space Two rooms in a luxury home -- The adjacent El Principal and La Rheia rooms. Located in prestigious Pacific Marlin neighborhood, walking distance to town, and 2 blocks to the beach. Breakfasts are included. Room 1) El Principal at Villa Arcadia is a spacious one-bedroom suite on the second floor, above the cascading infinity pool. El Principal consists of one king bed, a private view patio, SmartTV, air-conditioning, refrigerator, and an attached private bathroom with hot water shower. Room 2) El Rheia at Villa Arcadia is our coziest one-bedroom suite with the largest private patio on the second floor. El Rheia consists of one queen bed, a large view patio with refrigerator, microwave and tableware, SmartTV, air-conditioning, and an attached private bathroom with hot water shower. Guests are also welcome to relax in the grand living room, swimming pool and yard. Guest access Villa Arcadia is accessible on paved streets by any type of car on the road to the Christ statue. While you are here, enjoy the swimming pool, grand living room, garden, and dining area. The main kitchen is closed, however each room is provided with a mini-refrigerator and microwave. We are happy to provide any additional tableware you may need. During your stay House keeper, grounds keeper, and night watchman for immediate needs and comfort. As much or as little attention as you need, we are here for you! Other things to note House policies are enforced for a safe and comfortable experience. To avoid disappointment or misunderstanding, thank you for respecting the following: - Check In 2pm, Check Out 11am - The pool closes at 10 pm and the "quiet hours" are from that time. - For your comfort, complimentary A/C is included at night only while you sleep or rest - No outside visitors are allowed at any time, no exceptions. - Smoking only outdoors. Use an ashtray - The main kitchen is closed. A refrigerator and microwave is provided to each room - Villa Arcadia is a luxury property in an exclusive area, not suitable for excessive or noisy parties. For general reference, we are located in Pacific Marlin neighborhood, apx 200m past El Pacifico Hotel and 400m before the Statue of Christ.
