Apartment with terrace spots
Apartment with terrace spots
Description
The apartment on the first floor is located on a hill near Rosbach quietly at the end of the settlement. Walking paths in the picturesque surroundings are 5 minutes away and in the lovingly maintained garden a terrace with a view is reserved for guests. Access to the garden is from the parking space. We live on the ground floor of the house and look forward to meeting you or a friendly greeting in the garden. We are hosting again because we have had wonderful experiences with travel ourselves. The space The apartment is over 80 square meters in total, has a double bedroom and a living room with a sofa bed for two people (children). The kitchen is fully equipped and the table there also has room for four guests, large and small. In the bathroom there is a bathtub where you can also shower. On the balcony in front of the bedroom you have sun in the evening and also a beautiful view of the surroundings. Guest access The main entrance of the house is the access to the apartment on the first floor. I live behind the neighboring door on the ground floor and it is likely that we will meet or see each other in the garden. The pool can be shared and there is an electric grill on the terrace. There is also a small changing room. With a view of the Siebengebirge, the garden table is always a special place to relax or for meals if you don't shy away from the path from the first floor with a tray in the garden. The pool is wonderfully refreshing and visible in the middle of the garden. It is also used by us, but we are happy to coordinate your time there. Other things to note Due to frequent inquiries, I would like to mention here that the pool is visible from a neighboring property. I cannot guarantee complete privacy, as is sometimes culturally required. Even though I have a good feeling about the privacy of my guests, the garden remains a shared space that I don't want to leave exclusively to my guests.
