Royal Villa 22

Located on the world renowned Royal Westmoreland Golf Resort, Royal Villa 22 is a beautifully furnished detached three-bedroom, three-and-a-half bathroom villa. Please note that the pools will be closed from September 1 - October 15, 2025. The Sanctuary’s swimming pool will be available to those affected by this closure. We apologize in advance for any inconvenience this may cause and thank you for your full cooperation. The space The upper level of the property offers high-vaulted ceilings and features an open plan living and dining area, miele kitchen with induction stove top, and covered terrace perfect for quiet afternoon reading or enjoying the views out to the communal swimming pool and sea beyond. Also located on the entry level is the first guest bedroom which offers an ensuite bathroom and walk in closet. On the lower level, the ensuite Master bedroom is furnished with a King bed and offers a large sitting area. The second guest bedroom, also ensuite, offers 2 twin beds and walk through closet. Both bedrooms offer a covered patio and provide access to the pool deck. All bedrooms are equipped with air-conditioning and ceiling fans. The main resort, just a short distance away offers a club house with pro-shop, restaurant and bar. There is also the Sanctuary which hosts another communal pool and a state-of-the-art fitness centre. Tennis courts are also available on the main resort. As a privileged guest of Royal Villa 22 you will also have access to the Mullins Bay Beach Club where complimentary beach chairs and umbrellas are available. Guest access Effective May 1, 2026, the Club will be introducing a daily charge of USD$ 10 per person, per villa - this will be charged at the time of issuing the house guests cards to rental clients.
