Set on a peaceful 10-acre property surrounded by other farmlands—with two acres reserved just for you—this home offers the ultimate in privacy, space, and convenience for a relaxing family getaway. Outdoors, the possibilities for fun and relaxation are endless. Cool off in the 27-foot above-ground pool (unheated), fire up the grills for a backyard cookout and enjoy the deck, or enjoy s’mores and stargazing around the fire pit. The expansive yard provides plenty of space for any outdoor games—without a neighbor in sight to worry about. The property has a garage on premises that will not be accessible, but there is plenty of parking on the very large driveway. Step inside to find a HUGE primary bedroom with a king bed (and crib if needed), TV, with its own private bathroom and a workstation equipped with two monitors. The second largest bedroom has a queen bed with a TV and plenty of space. The “kids” bedroom has a trundle with two twin beds and twin bunkbeds (with 130 lb limit on each bed). The last and coziest bedroom has a full size bed. There is a second large bathroom featuring a deep soaking tub—ideal for unwinding after a day at the beach, dual sinks, and a washer and dryer. This home has a large open concept and is great for spending time together. It has two separate living areas (two couches, two tvs, etc.), a large kitchen island, a monopoly game table, and cabinets stocked with board games. The house is best for up to 6-7adults and 3-4 kids. The home is thoughtfully equipped with all the essentials for families traveling with little ones. When you're ready to explore, you're just six minutes from the stunning shoreline of Warren Dunes State Park, and a short walk or drive from local favorites like Greenbush Brewery, Infusco Coffee, Sawyer Garden Center, and a variety of restaurants and shops.
