Housing sits on a little less than an acre of green space with many fruit trees, coconut palms and other native plants. There are family dogs and many birds that sing throughout the days. Mangoes and cashews seasons always a possibility! We are in the villa of Gamboa, a residential neighborhood, which is quiet at night, but also has a few places to grab a quick snack and refreshment throughout the day. Gamboa is a tranquil neighborhood throughout the year, and was a traditional community of fisher people. There is a great walking and swimming beach two blocks from front door of property. Guests will have key to apartment, and access to garden area. Free parking in front of property. Most of the year, Gamboa it is a quiet area with a wonderful walking beach that many local residents enjoy. Around the holidays, things get busier and tourism increases with families who want to enjoy the sun and beaches. Many of the Islands points of interest are easily accessible from this neighborhood, which provides a nice retreat at the end of a long day of exploring, but still has local places to have a snack a grab a refreshment if you want.
