Come home to grill dinner on the stone patio, gather around the fire pit, and enjoy cool Catskills evenings under the stars. Inside, the 1,200 sq ft cottage blends rustic character with modern comfort. The bright upstairs bedroom is filled with natural light, while the lower-level bedroom opens directly onto a private stone patio and garden—creating a peaceful connection to the surrounding landscape. The well-equipped kitchenette includes an induction cooktop, dishwasher, retro fridge, coffee maker, French press, cookware, and pantry essentials for easy breakfasts, snacks, and relaxed meals at home. Guests also enjoy high-speed Wi-Fi, a dedicated workspace, washer/dryer, air conditioning, and a backup generator for added peace of mind during longer stays. Guest access Enjoy exclusive use of the cottage, along with your own private backyard retreat featuring a stone patio, fire pit, and charcoal grill— The cottage sits at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac, ensuring a tranquil and secluded setting with minimal traffic and plenty of privacy. We also own the neighboring stone house, which is set well away from the cottage and may occasionally be rented to guests. Other things to note We have well water which is safe to drink. The water is filtered in 3 stages through a whole house filtration system. It may taste slightly different to municipal water. We have WIFI, Roku steaming and a tv with a dvd player and a selection of DVD's. Eat-in Kitchen is very functional with good cooking facilities; counter induction stove, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, toaster and coffee drip & plunge pot. Although on the smaller side, it works very well for most guests and for ourselves when we stay there. Please be aware that we also have workmen attending to the lawns, pool and surroundings as necessary, from time to time, and cannot predict when they will arrive exactly. They are trusted hands and you will have nothing to fear. We do our best to inform the tenants of their arrival however.
