Modern Vintage Camper w/ Peaceful Private Yard

The camper is a fully restored and remodeled 26ft 1998 Sunnybrook travel trailer. I spent the better part of a year restoring and remodeling the camper. The before and after transformation was remarkable! You will enjoy all the modern conveniences in this 90's blast from the past! Yes, it has the original tape deck and radio! It also has a Bluetooth sound bar and subwoofer to stream music from your phone. There is a 40" tv in the living room and bedroom with streaming access to Netflix and Hulu. The kitchen is equipped with a 3 burner gas stove, oven, coffee maker, kettle, toaster oven and microwave. Coffee and tea are provided! The mattress on the bed is brand new and has a foam topper so it is very comfy. It is a short queen so if you are like me and over 6'4" tall your feet will hang over slightly but it is not a problem. The bedding is all natural bamboo and very soft. The couch in the living room also folds out like a futon. It is even shorter than the bed so it's best for children. There is central heating and cooling and an additional space heater. The bathroom has a toilet and a shower. There is also an outdoor shower. It is on a separate water heater so you can take two showers at one time! There is a seating area and small yard with a swing bench and hammock in the summer. The area is fenced and private - a perfect space for children, dogs or cats. There is one parking space provided. Additional vehicles will need to park on a nearby street. If you will be staying with a pet, please indicate this when you book your reservation and pay the pet fee. Some guests have allergies and the camper must be cleaned thoroughly after pets have stayed there.
