Welcome to Geneva Street! We live on a quiet street in downtown Ithaca. The Southside neighborhood is super sweet and quaint. We are 5 blocks from The Commons. We also live near 6 mile creek, which is nice to walk to. Sweet Melissa’s ice cream is close by too! Our home is newly remodeled. It does have a small urban style backyard to relax in and a gorgeous kitchen to gather in. The breakfast nook is so sweet. We do have a six year old, so it is completely kid friendly! We love our neighborhood!! Our home is full of character. It was a fixer upper, so everything is new. We do have central air! The kitchen is very open and bright. It’s a wonderful place to gather. There is a new full bathroom downstairs and up. It does have a wash machine and dryer on the first floor. The master bed is 100% organic latex. It is so comfortable. The second bedroom is on the first floor and also has a comfortable bed. Our sons room has two twins, we can add an air mattress if needed. we also have two single futon pull-outs in the living room and provide a mattress topper for both. If you have little ones, they tend to love to sleep on these. We have put a lot of love into our home and hope you enjoy it as much as we do! We have a keyless entry for self check-in! We do have a driveway, that fits one car and there is plenty of room for street parking. When you book, you will receive instructions on how to enter. We are always available to help if you need! The Southside neighborhood is lovely. It is super close to everything. We are 5 blocks from The Commons and 5 blocks from Wegmans, our local grocery store. We are very close to Rt 13 and a short drive up the hill to Cornell or Ithaca College. The city has electric bikes to rent, usually located on every block! It is so easy to get to almost everything by foot or bike! This is a great resource for electric bikes in town. @ bikewalktompkins .org
