Layout The main area of Villa Hestia boasts an open-plan living and kitchen area, as well as the master bedroom. The living room is designed for comfort, featuring two plush sofas, a JBL Bluetooth speaker, a 55” LG Smart TV and a table foosball. The fully equipped kitchen includes modern appliances, while the dining table comfortably seats ten guests. Floor-to-ceiling doors flood this space with natural light and mesmerizing views of the sea, creating a bright and airy atmosphere. The master bedroom features a King-size bed (1,80 x 2,00) and an ensuite bathroom with double sinks and a stand-up shower. It also features a spacious closet with a safe deposit box and direct access to the pool area. The second bedroom, while adjacent to the main house, offers complete privacy with a dedicated private entrance and no interior connection to the main building. This king-size (1.80 x 2.00m) bedroom features an ensuite bathroom with a stand-up shower, and a private balcony to enjoy the breathtaking views of the sea. Four additional bedrooms are located on the lower pool level, each with its own private entrance via a sliding balcony door. These bedrooms are reached by an outdoor staircase that wraps around the villa. Each room features a king-size bed, an ensuite bathroom with a stand-up shower, blackout curtains, and direct access to a private terrace with seating, offering a perfect spot to relax and enjoy the surroundings. All bedrooms feature high-quality Coco-Mat mattresses for a restful night’s sleep. Outdoor area The exterior of Villa Hestia covers 800 m2 and offers many facilities, including: - A private, 30 sq.m. swimming pool, 1.5 m deep with step access. The pool can be heated upon advance request, for an additional daily charge, for the entire stay, and requires at least one week’s notice. - The pool area is equipped with 5 sun beds, 6 poof loungers, and a poolside shower - A full bathroom with a stand-up shower and a built-in washer and dryer. - WC - BBQ facilities with Gas grill - Οutdoor dining area for 12 guests under a shaded pergola - Οutdoor sitting area - A ping pong table is available for enjoyment. - Parking space for 2 cars inside the villa premises. **Accommodation cost excludes Climate Resilience Tax. The amount for the accommodation type is set at €15 per night from April to October and €4 per night from November to March, payable upon check-in.
