If you cannot follow these strict rules, please do not book." ​1. Arrival & ID Policy ​No Check-in after 10 PM: No first-time check-in under any circumstances (including emergencies) after 10:00 PM. The digital lock remains disabled for new arrivals after this time. ​Mandatory Selfie ID Verification: Every guest (Male/Female) must complete a Selfie ID verification at the doorstep before receiving the password. ​Primary Guest: The Airbnb account holder must be present during the stay; third-party bookings are prohibited. ​Age Requirement: Guests must be at least 21 years old to book. ​Post-Booking Registration: It is mandatory to fill out the online Google form and upload government-issued IDs for all guests immediately after booking. Failure to do so will result in cancellation without a refund. ​2. Security & Movement Restrictions ​Night Lockout: The building/flat entry is strictly blocked from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM. No entry/exit or online food deliveries are allowed during these hours. A penalty of ₹5,000 will be charged ​Late Night Conduct: If returning before midnight, please refrain from talking loudly in the stairwell or corridors to avoid disturbing other residents. ​Registered Guests Only: Only guests mentioned in the booking are allowed. Outside or unregistered visitors are strictly NOT allowed to visit or stay. ​3. Penalties & Legal Liability ​Extra Guest Fine: A penalty of ₹5,000 per unregistered guest will be charged, followed by immediate eviction without refund. ​Zero Tolerance (Alcohol/Smoking/Parties): Consumption of alcohol, smoking, or hosting parties is strictly prohibited. A penalty of ₹20,000 applies, followed by immediate eviction. ​Illegal Activities: Drug use or possession is strictly prohibited. ​Legal Responsibility: Any nuisance, police intervention, or legal issues arising from the guest's actions will be the sole responsibility of the guest. The guest will be liable for all costs, fines, and damages. ​4. Property Maintenance & Usage ​Daily Cleaning: Guests must allow staff to enter between 1:00 PM - 5:00 PM daily for routine cleaning (sweeping, mopping, and washroom upkeep). ​AC Usage: When the Air Conditioner is ON, all windows, shutters, and doors must remain COMPLETELY CLOSED. ​Energy Saving: All electrical appliances (Except Smoke/Carbon monoxide alarms, router & refrigerator) must be shut off when not at home. ​Linen: Fresh bed sheets and covers are provided once a week for bookings longer than 7 days. ​Damages: Any damage to the room or items will be penalized. The owner/management’s decision on fines will be final. ​Additional Locks: If you wish to install your own lock, you must inform us in advance for housekeeping arrangements. ​Acknowledgment: By completing this booking, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to all the above terms and conditions. We accept bookings only if you commit to adhering strictly to our policies. Any violation will lead to immediate eviction and legal action as per the terms mentioned above.
