The space The Ultimate Wellness Retreat Located within the safety of a gated Drax Hall estate, this modern coastal home is designed for total rejuvenation. Unlike standard rentals, we feature electronic adjustable bed bases in the King and Queen suites perfect for customizing your sleep or lounging with a movie after a day at the beach. Stay connected with Starlink high-speed Wi-Fi and a dedicated workspace, making this the ideal "workation" oasis. Spa-Inspired Bath & Linens Step out of the shower and into a heated towel! Our primary bath features a professional towel warmer paired with premium Turkish linens and soft, branded robes. (Note: One bathroom features a soaking tub, while others offer spacious walk-in showers). Frictionless Travel & Tech We believe luxury is in the details. Pack light with universal chargers provided throughout the home and a full suite of complimentary essentials (toothbrushes, razors, and makeup wipes). For your convenience, we also provide a clothing steamer and lint brush ,flat irons to keep you looking your best. Beach & Community Perks Enjoy full access to the community pool, tennis court, and gym. Your stay also includes a premium beach kit (2 adult chairs, 2 toddler chairs, XL Turkish towels, and bags) for your trips to the private Columbus Cove Beach, just 5 minutes away. Guest access Guests will have full access to the entire home, along with all listed amenities for a comfortable and relaxing stay. Self check-in is available via a secure electronic keypad, allowing you to arrive at your convenience including late evening check-ins after travel. As the home is located within a gated community, a valid government-issued ID is required for entry, security may request to conduct a routine vehicle check to ensure community safety. Guests will also have access to the community pool and gym during posted hours, as well as Columbus Cove Beach a private beach located just minutes away, open Tuesday to Sunday from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM, including public holidays. Starlink high-speed Wi-Fi is provided throughout the home, and complimentary Wi-Fi is also available at the community pool and clubhouse areas for your convenience. Up to three on-site parking spaces are available. Other things to note The Sev7en Wellness Standards Quiet Retreat: This home is located in a prestigious, quiet residential community. It is strictly a no-party, no-event property. Excessive noise or unauthorized guests will result in immediate cancellation of the stay without refund. Verified Access: For the safety of our community, a valid government-issued ID is required to be presented to security upon arrival at the gate clearance. Premium Care: We take pride in our high-end amenities. We ask that guests treat the electronic adjustable beds and Turkish linens with care so they remain in pristine condition for everyone. Beach Access: Private access to Columbus Cove Beach is available Tuesday–Sunday (9 AM – 4 AM). Hours are managed by the community and subject to change.
