As the home is located within a gated community, a valid government-issued ID is required 24–48 hours prior to arrival for gate clearance. Upon entry, security may request identification and conduct a routine vehicle check to ensure community safety. Guests will also have access to the community pool and gym during posted hours, as well as Columbus Cove Beach—a private beach located just minutes away, open Tuesday to Sunday from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM, including public holidays. Starlink high-speed Wi-Fi is provided throughout the home, and complimentary Wi-Fi is also available at the community pool and clubhouse areas for your convenience.
